A Kurdish person approaches the UN General Secretary to start a survey. The content of the survey is as follows:
„Please state your personal and honest opinion for the solution of the food shortage due to lack of food in the rest of the world.”
After all regions of the world participated in the survey, the result was devastating. No one could understand the question properly in order to answer it.
The Europeans didn’t know the meaning of food shortage.
The citizens of the former Soviet Union didn’t know what a personal opinion is.
The Africans didn’t know what food is.
The people in the Near East didn’t know the meaning of solution.
The Asians didn’t know what an honest opinion is.
The South Americans were puzzled with „please.“
The Americans didn’t know the Rest of the World.
And, yes, the General Secretary didn’t know the Kurds.
