I guess the Bundes Kriminalamt just wants to do a background check on you, but they should have already done that before handing you with the Einbürgerungszusicherung, so i hope nothing to worry about. Try calling the Einbürgerungsamt and ask them for an appointment for collecting your Einbürgerungsurkunde, once you get your Einbürgerungsurkunde you just need to apply for a German passport and ID card, and that is not a long process.

And what were the requirements for you to give up your passport in Pakistan Embassy ?

And after applying for Einbürgerungsantrag how long did it took to receive information about the Fees payment of 255€ ?
