I dont know what takes so long. As long as they got the answers from the other agencies what normaly takes 6 months and everything is OK they should do the paper work what may take 1-2 Days. i cant understand the system they r working with. they only make our life hard. it's unfair when others finish everything in 12 weeks and we should wait years.
