Ich möchte gerne ein Kleingewerbe in Deutschland gründen für einen Schreibservice aus dem Home Office.
Ich bin Deutsche Staatsbürgerin und lebe derzeit in der Türkei. Meine Frage ist jetzt. Könnte ich das Kleingewerbe über die Wohnsitzadresse meiner Mutter in Deutschland anmelden, oder reicht es wenn ich ein Postfach bei der Post miete? Da ich ja einen Firmensitz in Deutschland benötige, aber dort keinen Wohnsitz habe, stellt sich mir eben die Frage unter welcher Adresse ich die Firma anmelden kann.

Vielleicht hat das hier schon mal jemand gemacht und kann mir weiterhelfen.
